About the wines
- Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial NV 750mL French Champagne
This is the House's iconic Champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon's unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
Every stage in the process relies on the complementary know-how of vine growers, vat men, cellar men, oenologists and other professionals all united by the strong principles that constitute their core values, the Wine Credo.
Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial is delicate, well-balanced on the palate, creamy and rich. There are unlimited fragrances and nuances that lead onto the broad palate, filling the tongue with highlights and leaving behind a sense of harmony and mellowness. A medium-bodied Champagne with generous fruit and toasted flavours, supple on the palate with a lingering rich finish. 12% Alc/Vol.
- Mumm Cordon Rouge NV 750mL French Champagne
Fresh, golden yellow with hints of jade, the wine's abundant bubbles, both fine and elegant, demonstrate the finesse of this Champagne. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit, combined with the richness of fleshy fruits such as white peaches, apricots and tart apples bring freshness and liveliness to the wine. These are followed by hints of vanilla, enriched with caramel. A subtly balanced wine with a remarkable capacity to linger in the mouth.
Dominated by a backbone of top quality Pinot Noir, this flagship cuvée is an assemblage of 45% Pinot Noir which provides structure, intensity and power, 25% Pinot Meunier giving a fruity bouquet, liveliness and a rounded feel and 30% Chardonnay which complements the whole with finesse and elegance. 12.5% Alc/Vol.
