Please note that the following details supersede all other related components of Developmental's policies, procedures, terms and conditions.
1. Vouchers are to be redeemed within 3 months of purchase
2. Courses are to be completed by 30 August 2013
3. All courses are studied online or by correspondence, therefore participant will need to have regular access to a computer and the internet and relevant IT skills
4. Participant should have some business, supervisory or management experience
5. Participant should have access to a work environment
6. Minimum High School Year/Grade 10 or equivalent literacy and numeracy required
7. 'Our Deal Special’ rate includes a non-refundable $545.00 processing fee, units 1 to 3 are charged at $150.00 per unit and units 4 to 8 are included at no charge
8. The participant must undertake the study and assessment required to complete the qualification. The qualification will only be issued from the Registered Training Organisation once a qualified assessor has deemed the participant competent in the requirements of the qualification.
9. Refunds of units not yet commenced will only be available after the voucher redemption closing date of 3 months from purchase. The voucher must have been redeemed through Developmental within the voucher redemption period or a refund will not be available. The online deal administrative $545 processing fee and the charge for unit 1 ($150.00) is not refundable (total of $695.00 is non-refundable), and a refund will only be available for units 2 and 3 if they have not yet been commenced and/or in alignment with Government requirements, at a rate of $150 per unit. A refund is not available for units 4 to 8 as they have no fees/charges allocated to them. Your maximum refund is $300. Refunds will not be available if a voucher has not been redeemed within the allocated redemption time. Refunds will not be available later than 3 months after the voucher closing date
10. The offer is for the voucher holder to enrol in and study a designated Nationally Recognised Qualification, one of the Diploma of Management (BSB51107), Diploma of Business (BSB50207), Dual Diploma - Management and Business (BSB50207 and BSB51107). A Diploma includes 8 Units of Competency which may be selected at the time of enrolment from a range of available units. The Dual Diploma requires the same number of units as a regular Diploma, with a smaller selection of electives
