When life gets busy, it's very hard to keep up. Sometimes we forget to slow things down, appreciate the little things and clear our minds. Not today though!
For just $249, you can spend a deeply relaxing three day retreat for one on the grounds of the historic Adare Castle. Here you will learn the art of meditation with 12 hours of lessons conducted by professional, helpful teachers. You will also practice yoga and participate in group activities as set out by the itinerary.
Indulge in a rejuvenating 15 minute body massage on arrival or pay just $50 more for an additional 30 minutes or $80 for a one hour massage. On the Friday night when you arrive, there is the option to bring your own or purchase a meal from the nearby eateries. All meals will be provided on Saturday and Sunday.
Don't forget to bring along the essentials such as toiletries, walking shoes, change of shoes, comfortable clothing, extra blanket, meditation cushion, yoga mat or beach towel.

Choose to stay in share accommodation at the Adare Castle with shared bathroom facilities or stay in a double or twin share accommodation within the Bethany Wing which includes your own private room for an extra $50 per person, payable direct to Skillful Minds when booking.

Pay to stay one more day for an extra $99 per person on the 28 January 2013 or 11 March 2013 (subject to participant numbers). Extra linen can be provided for an additional $13. If you choose to participate as a couple (two vouchers must still be purchased), you can upgrade to a double room for an extra $100, payable direct when booking.
