- Skills Clinic date must be booked 1 month prior to departure.
- Bike rides are subject to inclement (stormy) weather conditions.
- Valid only on scheduled Saturdays from 9:00am - 4:30pm.
- Unlimited vouchers may be purchased.
- Lunch includes a wrap but no additional refreshments.
- Must be 10+ years and of reasonable health and fitness to participate.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bike Hire will incur an additional $50 fee, payable directly to Life's an Adventure prior to the activity to ensure availability.

- 72 hour cancellation notice required or voucher is forfeited.

Until people finally wise up and install an elevator of some kind, it pays to at least brush up on basic mountaineering before attempting to conquer Everest. Similarly, a crash course in the art of the Moutain Bike is advisable unless you want to experience a crash course in.. well.. crashing.

The morning is spent going through mountain bike riding tips, tricks and techniques as well as important information on bike maintenance. Put your skills to the test with the afternoon ride! Life's an Adventure specialises in award-winning day tours and overnight tours in Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Tasmania.
