Don't waste time staring at fish swimming through the glass walls of the aquarium! Slip on your wetsuit, put on your flippers and strap on your mask because it's time to scuba dive and swim with the sea creatures!
For just $149 the good folks at Dive Imports Australia will teach you how to scuba dive! At the end of the course you will be accredited with an International Open Water Dive Certification so that you can swim with fish anywhere across the globe.
Start off with a two hour introductory evening to meet your instructor and fellow dive buddies. You will be taken through an all-day pool training session (value $70) to help you feel more comfortable in the ocean before your dives.
Then it's off to the real thing! To complete the Open Water Dive Course (value $479) you'll have two full days of guided exploration with four dives exploring different dive sites. Put the skills you've learnt from your instructor into practice. There's even opportunity to see creatures like the blue groper, octopus, yellow tail fish and baby stingrays, and check out a big sea anchor! After you've trained, enjoy 10 additional shore dives (value $50 each) with tanks, weights and a dive guide to develop your new diving skills!
All you need is your own mask, snorkel and dive fins of a quality suitable for diving as determined by Dive Imports Australia. There's the opportunity to purchase these from Dive Imports Australia at a discounted price during the course. Everything else is supplied.
